NOTATION: Philbert's mother's name has only been found in 2 places - once in a purchase of property early upon their entry into NC; the other - in Richard's probated document - both legal documents. That name was ANN. No other positive information has been found to indicate it was otherwise.* Reference: Find A Grave Memorial - SmartCopy: May 19 2020, 22:28:02 UTC
