This Philip ap Trahaearn should be continued as ap Hoedliw, not ap Rhiwallon as given by Dwnn.

From Darrell Wolcott: " Dwnn has taken two sons of Eidio Wyllt and inserted one into the other. Annes was descended from Eidio's son, Caradog"

"Ergo we have Annes (1315) ferch Cadwgan (1285) ap Ieuan (1255) ap Philip (1225) ap Trahaearn (1195) ap Hoedliw (1160) ap Rhiwallon (1130) ap Caradog (1095) ap Madog Eidio Wyllt (1065). The mother of the latter man was Nest (1045) ferch Tewdwr (1015), a sister of King Rhys ap Tewdwr of Deheubarth. Her pedigree back to Trahaearen is cited in Peniarth 131, 220 & 296, and extended back to Madog in Peniarth 131, 308, Peniarth 132, 306 and Peniarth 133, 52" (Steven Ferry, September 9, 2019.)
