After his death, Rebecca (Fowle), his second wife, married her second husband, Ebenezer Richardson, born March 31, 1718, eldest son of Timothy and Abigail (Johnson) Richardson.
That Ebenezer married Rebecca (Fowle) Richardson, is evidenced by a lawsuit (court files of 1741), where Ebenezer and wife Rebecca sued the estate of Phineas Richardson for supporting and clothing William, Dorothy, and Phineas, minor children of Lieutenant Phineas Richardson, although they were her own children.
For Ebenezer Richardson's life story, see the "Richardson Memorial", by Vinton; page 242. Rebecca died about 1783.
