Needs research. Is this a younger brother who died after he was a married adult, with his eldest brother marrying his widow as his 5th wife? Or is this a duplication of the eldest brother and the marriage of his 5th wife, and did not exist in reality. This person does not have a birth record that anyone seems to have located. In my records that I'm merging with here, I do not show this Joseph as a brother, so I lean toward the 2nd suggestion, but because my information also has other inconsistencies with this family, I'm not comfortable with changing the information without further confirmation one way or the other.
