Records of the Cape Colony. Vol XXX, 1905 GM Theal. 13th November 1826. Lendor, of P. F. Hugo and P. Wikboom, complained that he is illegally detained as a Slave. Report : In this case the Guardian has made several inquiries, and has referred it to his assistant at Simon's Town, in consequence of it having been represented to him that the greater number of the witnesses are resident at that place, and where the inquiry is going on.
