Pieter de Vos, Boekbouder 1760, Gnderkoopman 1781, born 12th April 1731, died 29th January 1793, married:— (a) In the Dutch Reformed Church, Wolvendaal, 21st April 1754, Anna Jacoba Warner, baptised 27th January 1737, died 1758, daughter of Gerrit Warner of Amsterdam and Christina Eggers. (6) In the Dutch Reformed Church, Galle, 10th February 1760, Magdalena Meyer, born 26th July 1744, died 18th April 1780, daughter of Juriaan Meyer of Lupka and Elizabeth Pardon. (c) In the Dutch Reformed Church, Galle, 28fch January 1781, Isabella Beraarda Marbheze, born 13th November 1743, died 15th May 1789, widow of Reverend Andreas Spoor and daughter of Hendrik Levin Martheze and Anna Catharina vanDoornik. Of the second marriage, be had:— 2 Christina Elizabeth, born 15th February 1761. 3 Petrus Gerardus, who follows under V. 4 Johannes Andreas, who follows under VI. 5 Olivier Harmanus, born 9th April 1768, died 27th March 1770. 6 Cornelia Philippina, born 5th October 1769 died 15fch December 1806, married at Galle, 22nd November 1789, Andreas Ju3binus Van Zttter, died 24sh June 1806. 7 Alberfeus Cornelia, who follows under VII. 8 Pieter Juriaan, who follows under VIII. 9 Aletta Magdalena born 14th April 1780, died 6th July 1781. Of the third marriage, he had:— 10 Anna Catharina, born 19bb September 1781, married at Galle, 30bh July 1797, Gerrit Joan Poulier, Sitting Magistrate, YVeligama, baptised 1773, died 9th July 1844, son of Adrian Poulier and Rebecca Christina Belissa.
