Pvt Charles Joseph Hull, Sr

Charles Joseph Hull was aka Joseph Hull and C. Joseph Hull Parents: John Foster Hull & Georgiana Wishart Hull. He served as a Private, in Co. L, 12th NY Cavalry. Siblings: Frank P., Eugene Foster, Richmond "Richard" Wishart and Sarah Foster Hull Half Siblings: Charles Elmore Lake, William Tilden Lake, and Samuel "Edwin" Lake. Joseph was married to Adell ??? and had children; Florence, Chas. J., Jr. and Anna Hull. The father, John Foster Hull, was a policeman and died young, in 1860. Georgianna Wishart Hull remarried abt. 1862 to widower William Tilden Lake, Sr., and died in 1899. Richmond "Richard" and his brother, Charles Joseph Hull, were both killed the same day by a train in Baltimore, Maryland. Charles "Joseph" and his mother, Georgiana Wishart Hull Lake, his brother Richmond "Richard" and his father John Foster Hull are all buried in this plot. He has a military inscription on the tombstone, "Private, Co. L, 12th NY Cav.", but the rest of the inscription is sunk in the ground. On the other side of the stone, has the inscription of his father John F. Hull.
