Resident of Mansfield, Tioga County PA at the time of his admission to the County Poor Farm (Almshouse, County Home). Married Mary Lewis (1829 - 1885) . Son of Henry D. Hyde (1805 – 1860) and Fanny C. Latimer Hyde (1807 – 1868). Parents of: Lorenzo Parmeno Hyde (1851 - 1906), Lydia Hyde (21 Jan 1852 - ?), Augusta Jane Hyde (8 Feb 1854 - ?), Hellen Melissa Hyde (3 Oct 1855 - ?), and Frances Hyde (? - ?). Occupation: blacksmith. Cause of death: developed brain disorder with seizures and dementia due to unstated cause."
