[Dawson.FTW]
Family notes by both Cora Trueman Ramsden and Ruth Dawson Taylor notethat Miles Beckwith fou ght in the American Revolution, apparently atleast at Bunker Hill, since there is a note i n one of the bibles abouthis gun having gone to Herbert Fenerty.
Miles Beckwith supposedly married one of the daughters of Hannah Dustin.Currently I do no t know which daughter. Hannah Dustin is the woman whowas kidnapped by Indians but escaped k illing and scalping 10 of them inthe process. In several places in my family notes it say s we aredirectly descended from her.
