About Rabbi Isaac Seckel Bamberger
This part of the tree is a little messed up. Wrong Isaac is connected, but there's no easy way to fix it:
Correction:
Hi,
There is an error in my father's grand-fathers profile :
Isaac Seckel Bamberger was not the son of Moshe Lob and Esther Bamberger,
but the son of Rav Yitzchak Dov Halevi Bamberger (in german: Seligmann Bär Bamberger) and Kela Wormser.
As it appears in a book published by the Bamberger family in 1979 in Jerusalem, Rav Yitzchak Dov Halevi Bamberger and Kela Wormser had 9 children:
1. Rachel Fromm,
2. Shimon Simha Bamberger,
3. Zerline Zerle Unna,
4. Salomon Shelomo Zalman Bamberger
5. Judith Adler
6. Moshe Lob (Moshe Arye) Bamberger
7.Isaac Seckel, my father's grand father who was married with Julie Klein
8. Nathan Bamberger
9. Jacob Bamberger
The brother number 6, Moshe Lob, had himself a son named Seckel Yitzchak but he was not my father's grandfather. This might be the cause of the confusion.
I tried to correct on your site but it was impossible.
Thank you for your help,
Isabelle Puderbeutel
