William CLAYFIELD was a Sergeant - Royal Marines 61st (Portsmouth) Company

William and his wife Rachel left England on "Lady Penrhyn" and arrived in Sydney Cove on 26/1/1788 on "Prince of Wales"

On 4/3/1790 William and Rachel went to Norfolk Island on "Sirius"

In December 1791, William and Rachel returned to England on "HMS Gorgon"
