About Rafael Tumbokon

Rafael Tumbokon was a Filipino physician, journalist and politician. He represented the third district of Capiz at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from January 23, 1932 (when he was declared winner in an electoral protest against Rufino Garde) to September 16, 1935; and later at the National Assembly from November 15, 1935 to December 30, 1938.
