During the first Nazi blockade in the forest the hiding places of some Jews who escaped from Kurenets were discovered and those who had no time to escape were killed. Rashka, the daughter of Yehudah Alperovich, was found dead a few days later. She was sitting on a tree branch. Her son Moshe and daughter survived. Moshe went to Israel ( lived in Tel Aviv and had 2 sons) and the daughter Sara came to California.
She married again and had a son ( in Chino).
