About Raul Manglapus
Raul Manglapus was co-founder of the Progressive Party of the Philippines and the Christian Democratic Socialist Movement. He joined the Philippine Senate in 1961, lost his 1965 presidential bid to Ferdinand Marcos, and became Foreign Affairs Secretary under President Corazon Aquino. He authored the Land Reform Act.
