Rebecca was born September 16, 1667, the daughter of Thomas Fisher and Rebecca Woodward of Dedham, Massachusetts[1]
On Mary 28, 1688, she married Edward Gay, the son of Samuel Gay and Mary Bridge of Medfield, Mass[2] [3] [4]
Their children were born in Wrentham, including:
Sometimes said to have died 15 August 1694. This is clearly incorrect as can be seen in the Vital Records of Wrentham where she continued to have children for many years.
This profile shows she died some time after the birth of her youngest child.

Edward Gay’s last will and testament, written December 12, 1730, names wife Mary, son Thomas, son Edward, daughters Rebecca, Hannah, Dorcas, Sarah, Jemima and Phebe. Witnessed by Thomas Bacon, William Man, Elijah Man and John Gay.[4]
