Rebecca Moss Armistead, after the death of Major William, m. John King (1719-20) and her will is dated Feb 13, 1755; proved Aug 1, 1758
It is absolutely an error to assign any of the childrn listed here for Rebecca Moss to Hannah Hinde, eventhough some genealogists have made this mistake.
I have color photographs of actual portraits (we have been unable to locate the original portraits) of my gr'gr'gr'grandparents Anne Armistead Robinson and Starkey Robinson. They were beautiful people. I also have a photograph of their son, my gr'gr'grandfather Anthony Robinson of Richmond. He was very distinquished (with the old Bank of Virginia), and a letter he wrote to my gr'grandfather shows he was a warm and loving father. I am very proud of this fine line.
