This Rebecca West was unmarried in 1709, so could not have been the wife of Robert Jones in 1701.

Item I give and bequeath unto my loving wife my negroes Tony and Jack and my Indian woman Pegg, so long as she shall live a widow, but if she marry or die, then I give my negro Tony unto my son Richard West and ye heirs of his body lawfully begotten forever. And my negro Jack unto my son Robert West and ye heirs of his body lawfully begotten forever. And my Indian woman Peg unto my daughter Rebeckah West and ye heirs of her body lawfully begotten forever.
Item I give and bequeath unto my loving wife and my daughter Rebeckah West all ye rest of my personal estate wheresoever to be equally divided between my said loving wife and said daughter Rebeckah. And I do appoint my said loving wife my whole and sole extrx. of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal ye day and year above written.
