Rebecah's maiden name was thought to be unknown (Rehoboth Rec, B. 1) but "The Bosworth Genealogy" says Rebecca was baptized in Hingham, Plymouth Colony in February 1640/41, daughter of Jonathan and Elizabeth (mnu) Bosworth.. She married Nicholas sometime after his first wife's death on 11/6/1657 and had 6 children.
