Reitze (Regina) Mirl Langner

The Rebbitzen lived in Toronto, on Manning Street, just south of Bathurst and Bloor. In her later years, spent the cold winter months with her daughter Toby in Los Angeles, where she learned copper enameling and became an accomplished artist.

Reitze Mirl Huberland Langner, Z"l 1902-1989born in Chenchine Poland came to America in 1923 m Rabbi Avramche Langner, moved to Toronto, Canada, became an artist at age sixty, her mediums were, collage, pen ink watercolor, oil and enamel on copper and silvered steel. Had major one woman shows in Toronto. Her art is found in private collections all over the world.
