There were 100 graves here with Renew being the oldest marked grave as of 1939. I found this cemetery and it is not where the 1939 directions say it is. I have lived in Barrington on and off for 52 years and I never heard of it! Renew's gravestone is no longer there. The entrance is at telephone pole #33 on Warren Avenue in Swansea, MA. You go down a grass road (blocked off so you have to walk) 3000'. It overlooks 100 acre cove. She married Benjamin and had 12 children. Their son Job is our direct ancestor. Her son Jotham married Desire Martin. Desire's ancestor John Billington came over to America on the Mayflower.
Burial:
Knockum Hill Cemetery
Barrington
Bristol County
Rhode Island, USA
