It seems unlikely David Morrow and Mary Church were the parents of William Morrow who even the DAR documents as born in Scotland; whereas both this David and his wife Mary Church were born in America.

At this viewing, there are sons Alexander William, William and Alexander connected to this couple. It's possible but unlikely. Disconnecting the WIlliam who was married to Rachel Reed, as they were both born in Scotland, not America.
