Thomas Walley was one of the first religious leaders of the pilgrims that came to the new colony.
Rector of St. Mary's White Chapel in London; he was ejected as a non-conformist under Charles II. came to America on ship "Society", Capt. John Pierce. He was admitted to Barnstable, Ma in 1662 and became pastor of the church in 1663.

All of Thomas children were with his first wife Margery ____, Their daughters Mary and Lydia were born in London while Thomas was rector of the church. Lydia was baptized April 11, 1650.[1]
