About Ricardo L. Nepomuceno
Ricardo Nepomuceno was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented Marinduque at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 6, 1922 to June 2, 1931. He later served as Governor of Marinduque from 1945 to 1946. He then served as Secretary of Public Works and Communications from May 28, 1946 to July 1, 1949, before finally serving as Secretary of Justice from July 1, 1949 to July 25, 1950.
