Richard Adams, born about 1606 (aged 29 in 1635). Planter from Batcombe, Somerset who came to Massachusetts Bay in 1635. First settled in Weymouth; moved to Malden MA by about 1650. Died in Malden 6 October 1674.

- (2) After 1642 Elizabeth _____. She died at Malden in November 1656.

JOHN UPHAM and Richard Adams sailed to New England on the same ship and resided in Weymouth until about 1650 when both moved to Malden. They or their children held adjoining land, and John Upham witnessed the will of Richard Adams.
