Notes

Early Settlers places his birth in England in 1622. [2] For his daughter Temperence to be married at the time of their immigration in 1652, however, Richard needs to be born earlier. Estimating his age as 21 at the time of his marriage, and estimating his marriage to be in 1634, his birth is most likely in 1613.
