Considering the extensive fraud perpetrated by Horatio Gates Somerby on the Sears/Sayer "ancestry", I'm not even sure there was such a person - and he was most certainly NOT the Massachusetts pilgrim.

At one time this profile was associated and linked to this family Richard Sears who was husband of Dorothy (Jones) Sears

However, there is absolutely no proof that he had anything to do with this family - if it is a family and not just a collection of fables.
