Ruth Robbins Zumwalt was the first wife of Riley Zumwalt. They had a long, happy and interesting marriage. After Ruthie died, Riley married Ruth's youngest sister, Marcy (Marcelline Robbins Borchart) whose husband had died. The family always had been close knit and this was a good, loving marriage as well.
Riley and Ruth had one son, Ritchie (Riley Ritchie Zumwalt, Jr.) now deceased.
