Rina Shiller

Rina played piano, studying with Leonard Rudko. She played a Rachmaninov concerto with the Russian Balalaika Orchestra in Carnegie Hall when she was young. Taught piano for many years after marrying Stanley Shiller. Completed her bachelor's degree in music at new England Conservatory of Music when she was in her 40's, having already had her children. She died peacefully in bed at Newton-Wellesley Hospital of an unknown cause on March 31, 2017-5 Nisan 5777 and was buried next to Stanley in the Hebrew Rehabilatiation Center for Aged Cemetery on 776 Baker Street, West roxbury MA
