Not the son of Elizabeth Tilley and Richard Austine.
According to a history of the Tilley family published in the AMERICAN GENEALOGIST, October 1976, by Robert Ward, Elizabeth Tilley and Richard Austine had three daughters:
"ELIZABETH TILLEY was baptized January 26, 1582/3. She married Richard Austin on December 15, 1608 and was buried in Henlow on February 20, 1624/5. Their children were: ELIZABETH, ANN and AGNES Austin."
