[1562] Robert Corbet holds the manor of Church Copenhale from the queen as of her earldom of Chester, by military service, as the 100th part of a knight's fee : val. per ann. vil. vis. vid. ; also the manors of Hatherton and Walgherton, and lands in Shaventon and Stapeley. Died 18 July 4 Eliz. [1562]. Robert Corbet son and heir.

Robert Corbet, of Hatherton (abt 1480 -1562). He was the son of Robert Corbett, of Hatherton and Cecelia Fulleshurst.

His wife's name is unknown. Their children were Robert & Margery (b abt 1524), who married Phillip Hulse of Marbury.
