DAIGLE Robert Joseph Daigle died Jan. 19, 2009. Survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Annabelle Baldwin Daigle. Loving father of Christopher Robert and Charlene Anne Daigle, also his special son-in-law, Vance Daigle. Grandfather of Melody, Jacques, Ethan, Colin, and Sierra Daigle. Great-grandfather of five. Son of Laura Legendre Daigle and the late Sabin Joseph Daigle. Brother of Henry Daigle. Former member of LA Nation Guard, 225th Engineers. Retired employee of Borden Co. Dairy Fresh. Native of New Orleans, former resident of Kenner for 47 years, and current resident for 3 years of Prairieville. Visitation at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 15208 Hwy. 73, Prairieville from 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 22, 2009. Directions to church: Take I-10 to Exit 173, Prairieville/Geismar Exit Hwy. 73, Go North on Hwy. 73 and end at 15208.
