Robert FitzGerald, 19th Earl of Kildare was born on 4 May 1675.1
He was the son of Hon. Robert FitzGerald and Mary Clotworthy.1
He married Lady Mary O'Brien, daughter of William O'Brien, 3rd Earl of Inchiquin and Mary Villiers, on 7 March 1708/9.1
He died on 20 February 1744 at age 68.1
Robert FitzGerald, 19th Earl of Kildare succeeded to the title of 5th Baron Offaly [I., 1599] on 9 November 1707.1 He succeeded to the title of 19th Earl of Kildare [I., 1316] on 9 November 1707.1 He was invested as a Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Ireland] in 1710.1 He held the office of Lord Justice [Ireland] in 1714.1 He had two other sons and six other daughters.1
