• Therafter, also in FamilySearch, appears on several electoral rolls for both City of London and Hackney (North London), until 1912. 1909 record gives address as 21 Alexandra Road, Finsbury Park. (This was also the home address at which son Lancelot was registered at Sidney Sussex College in Cambridge) It also looks as if he owned a tenement at "2 Crescent", which appeared to have been in Minories (now in London EC3, near Aldgate station: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minories - Crescent and tenements long gone).

• Lived at "Sunnyside," De La Warr Rd., Bexhill-on-Sea by the time of the death of son Lancelot in WW1 in April 1915. However both he and Maud remain on the electoral roll for Alexandra Road until at least 1919.
