Deceased Name: ROBERT C. JEFFORDS
Robert C. Jeffords, 58, of Gasport Road, a farmer and horse enthusiast, died Wednesday (Aug. 6, 1997) when his tractor overturned as he was hauling logs in the Town of Royalton.
He worked for the Librock farm and was a member of the Western Horse Owners Association
Jeffords served in the Marine Corps during the 1950s.
Surviving are two sons, Theodore of Brockport and Scott of Newfane; two daughters, Kelly of Lockport and Terrilynn Kwiatkowski; his mother, Ida Mae of Middleport; two brothers, Douglas of Rochester and Stanley of Florida; three sisters, Patricia Daunce of Sanborn, Barbara Clarke of Florida, and Beverly Smith; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Sunday in Faith Lutheran Church, 2730 Transit Road, Newfane. Burial will be in Royalton Mountain Ridge Cemetery
