Robert JONES was born c1771

Robert was convicted of theft and sentenced to transportation for life. He arrived in Sydney Cove in 1790 on "Scarborough"

Robert was transferred to Norfolk Island on 7/8/1790.

Robert married Elizabeth GOLDSMITH c1796 Norfolk Island and they had the following children

• Elizabeth 1798
• Mary 1799

Robert died August 1818 in Sydney Town
