About Robert Kerr, 2nd Earl of Lothian

Robert Kerr, 2nd Earl of Lothian was the son of Mark Kerr, 1st Earl of Lothian and Margaret Maxwell. He married Lady Annabella Campbell, daughter of Archibald Campbell, 7th Earl of Argyll and Lady Agnes Douglas, in 1611. He died on 6 March 1624, by committing suicide.

Robert Kerr, 2nd Earl of Lothian gained the title of 2nd Earl of Lothian in 1609.
