DAME LADY JEAN KERR Countess of Crawford

Lady Jean Kerr, here treated, is the daughter of Mark Kerr, Earl of Lothian. She married, first, to Robert, Master of Boyd, eldest son of Thomas, Lord Boyd, who died in 1597, with issue The Scots Peerage V: p. 168 ; secondly, before 16 April 1610, to David, twelfth Earl of Crawford The Scots Peerage III: p. 32; thirdly, before 16 February 1618, to Mr. Thomas Hamiltoun of Robertoun, who survived her. She died intestate on 17 August 1632, her daughter Jean Lindsay being her executor.The Scots Peerage V: p. 457
