He left a will dated 28 November 1665 and proved 8 January 1667/8 naming his daughter Elizabeth Peake, son Joseph, daughter Margaret Chapman, daughter Mary Ollaman, son John Peake and son Jonathan Peake. He also named his kinsman Thomas Freeman of Cranford who was his executor.
