Robert Spears

Robert Spears Jr., b. 1710 in Henrico County, Virginia, d. 1740 in Goochland County, Virginia. Robert Jr. was the youngest son of Robert Sr. He is named in his father's will. Robert must have been quite young when he died as his children were named as orphans in the available records. He died intestate, but the Goochland County deed book records the transfer of one hundred plus acres land to each of his three sons, Nicholas, Abraham and William. Roberts' wife Parthonia is named in a land transfer record in Goochland County as the mother of Nicholas, who purchased 80 acres, south of the James River. He married Parthonia Cox, ABT 1726 in Henrico County, Virginia, b. ABT 1710 in Goochland County, Virginia, d. AFT 1740 in Goochland County, Virginia.
