Robert Stephens [Marine "Friendship" 1788]

Robert STEPHENS was born c1762 Devon, England

Robert was a Private with Royal Marines and he arrived in Sydney Cove on 26/1/1788 on "Friendship"

Robert was sent to Norfolk Island on 6/6/1789 on "Supply"

Robert married Elizabeth HIPPESLEY in 1791 on Norfolk Island and they had the following children

Robert and Elizabeth returned to Sydney on "Daedalus" in November 1794

In April 1810 Robert and Elizabeth and their son returned to England on "Dromedary"
