Roiann Margaret Dill

Roiann Margaret Baird, 51, of Lead, passed on, on Monday April 18, 2016. Burial at the Temple Beth El Memorial Park in Fargo, N.D

She was the daughter of Robert Baird and Joyce Wellsandt-Baird. She was born on July 16, 1964, in Dickinson, N.D.

Roiann graduated from NDSU with a degree in archival studies in 1987, studied medieval English literature in Cambridge England, and went on to get her master’s degree in library and informational studies from Emporia State University in 1998. She worked for the State Historical Society of North Dakota for 11 years, and then worked for the Denver Art Museum. In this time she married Chris Dill, and was married until his death. She then resided in Fargo, N.D., until she met her beloved husband Peter Lev, whom she married on June 17, 2015. He was truly the love of her life.

She was currently employed at the Phoebe Hearst Library in Lead as the assistant librarian. Roiann had many interests including skateboarding in her younger years, art, books, movies, traveling, skiing, and most currently rock-climbing. She was full of life and had a hunger for adventure.

She is preceded in death by her father Robert Baird; her mother Joyce Wellsandt-Baird; her late husband Chris Dill; and her sister Roberta Senn.

She is survived by and was currently married to her husband Peter Lev; sister, Robin Carlson; her brother, Robert Baird; twin half-brothers, Christian and Carlton Baird; half-sisters, Linda Paul, Lori McCarty, and Zonda Baird; along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
