About Rollin Erwin Baker
Rollin Erwin Baker was educated a the University of Rochester where he majored in history and journalism. He was a self-employed commercial artist.
On October 4, 1941 at the Trinity Episcopal Church in Elmira, New York, Rollin exchanged marriage vows with Miss Helen E. Turner. The couple would bring three daughters and one son into the world before ending their union by divorce.
On New Year's Eve of 1968, Rollin would take his second wife, the former Dorothy Vera Whitney. This marriage endured until Rollin's death on October 10, 1971 from a heart attack he suffered while attending a Denver Broncos football game. He died later in Denver General Hospital. His remains were donated to the University of Colorado Medical School. Final disposition of his remains is unknown.
