Román Ozaeta was a Filipino lawyer. He served as Solicitor General of the Philippines from August 17, 1938 to June 30, 1940. He later served as the 37th Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines from June 24, 1941 to October 16, 1950. At the same time, he served as Secretary of Justice from May 28, 1946 to September 17, 1948.
