A. Jochem died sometime between when his will was dated on December 9, 1727 and when it was proved on November 7, 1730 as recorded on page 42, Liber 11 Abstracts of NY Wills. He left use of certain good to his wife Antie, all his real estate to sons Cornelius, Benjamin, Jan, Jochem and Daniel. His personal estate to all his children namely Romulus, Hendrick, Frederick, Jacobus, Benjamin, Jan, Jochem, Daniel, Tryntie wife of Jacobus Bruyn, Eltie wife of Joseph Hasbrouck, Jacomyntje wife of Johannes Miler, Greetie wife of Moses Dupuis Jr, Elizabeth wife of Benjamin Dupuis, Helytie wife of Cornelis Wynkoop, Sarah wife of John Dupuis.
