Ronald Thomas Talley

Ronald Thomas Talley, 74, of Virginia Beach, VA, loving husband, father and grandfather, was received into the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ on September 27, 2010. A native of Middletown, NY, he was the son of the late Thomas and Myrtle Talley. He retired from the Navy after serving honorably for 20 years. He then worked Civil Service at the Naval Air Rework Facility for 20 years before retiring. He is survived by his wife, Ada L. Talley; a daughter, Pamela D. Hayes of Chesapeake, VA; three sons, Ronald Talley, Jr. and Randy Talley, both of Virginia BeachVA and Rusty Talley of Chesterfield, VA; seven grandchildren, Daniel, Mathew, Brett, Amber, Katie Marie, Katie Anne and Carly; a great grandchild, Aiden; a nephew, Gene and wife Jean Reardon; and a niece, Dorene Reardon. He was predeceased by a sister, Connie Reardon. A funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, 3600 Virginia Beach Blvd., Virginia Beach. The burial will follow in Colonial Grove Memorial Park.
