Roque Ablan Sr. was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He served as the Governor of Ilocos Norte from 1937 to 1943. He was last seen alive when he fought during the Battle of Bumitalag in Piddig, Ilocos Norte on February 5, 1943. It is unclear if he was immediately killed in action or captured and then executed by the Japanese.
