Rosa Gomperz wrote the preface to "The Gomperz Family" by David Kaufmann and Max Freudenthal (translated into English by Bernard Standring). She dated the preface Budapest, July 1907. In the preface, she states that her son-in-law, Professor David Kaufmann (married to her daughter Irma Gomperz Kaufmann) began the work of researching and compiling information about the Gomperz family but died before he could complete it. The book is dedicated to Irma Kaufmann who died in Budapest on June 19, 1905.
