Lady Rosamond Jane Frances Spencer-Churchill was born between 1848 and 1852. She was the daughter of John Winston Spencer-Churchill, 7th Duke of Marlborough and Lady Frances Anne Emily Vane.1 She married William Henry Fellowes, 2nd Baron de Ramsey of Ramsey Abbey, son of Edward Fellowes, 1st Baron de Ramsey of Ramsey Abbey and Hon. Mary Julia Milles, on 12 July 1877.2 She died on 3 December 1920.

From 12 July 1877, her married name became Fellowes. After her marriage, Lady Rosamond Jane Frances Spencer-Churchill was styled as Baroness de Ramsey of Ramsey Abbey on 9 August 1887.
