Roy was a sergant in the 17 th Infanty Regiment and the 7 th Inanty Divison and was seriously wound by the enemy on September 1 1951.He returned to duty on November 5 1951 and was killed in action while fighting the enemy in North Korea about two week later on November 26,1951 at 3;45 pm
