12 kid .Brother to Nathanial Green, (Nov 4, 1707 Warwick R.I.- Oct 1770 Warwick) who was father to Maj Gen Nathanial Green (1742 Warwick, R.I.- died from sunstroke on a plantation given to him by State Of Georgia, Mulberry Grove Plantation, Georgia (near Savannah) Gen. Green married to Catherine Littlefield (known as Katy) 6 children that lived beyond infancy. She was a very independent woman, often visiting Gen Green in the army. She studied military tactics. Nathanial was a blacksmith (ship anchors) before the war, working for father's iron foundry. Father a Quaker- Gen Green kicked our of Quakers. Obsessive Reader.
